Your order and our contract
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it. Once we’ve checked the details and availability, we’ll email again to accept your order. That’s when a contract is made between us. We’ll email a third time when your order is dispatched.
If we can’t accept your order, for example because a tartan is unavailable or there’s been a pricing error, we’ll tell you and won’t take payment, or we’ll refund you in full.
Because most of our products are made to order in the tartan, crest or measurements you choose, please check your selections carefully before ordering. If you’re unsure of a tartan or size, contact us first and we’ll help.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT. The same prices apply to all orders, wherever they’re delivered. For most destinations outside the UK, import taxes and duties may also be payable in the recipient’s country on delivery. They’re included in the delivery charge for the USA and selected European countries (see our Delivery page).
We accept all major credit and debit cards (processed securely by Stripe) and PayPal, including PayPal Credit where offered.
Delivery
UK delivery is free, with no minimum order. All international orders are sent tracked, and for the USA and selected European countries we include import taxes and duties in the delivery charge. For lead times, delivery charges and import taxes, see our Delivery page.
Cancellations and returns
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel items that aren’t made to order. Items made to your specification can be returned as a goodwill gesture, less a charge. Faulty or incorrect items are always refunded in full. See our Returns page for the full policy and how to return an item.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown when you placed it.
