Delivery Lead Times

Almost all of our products are made to order. This means that, for most orders, there will be a lead time of around 5-7 days before your order will be dispatched. If you have specific delivery requirements, please let us know. The best way to do this is to enter your delivery requirements into the special instructions box on the Checkout page when placing your order. Alternatively, drop us an email to t with your delivery queries.

Delivery

Delivery is free worldwide for all orders, except for sale products.

Delivery is not made after your order is received but after your order has been made. (Product descriptions  contain approximate tailoring and manufacturing times of products.)

Delivery of Sale Products

A delivery charge is made for orders of sale products.

If sale products are included in orders with non-sale products, delivery is free.

UK Delivery

Delivery is free by Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Transit time (when your order is handed to Royal Mail) for delivery is 2-3 days.

All deliveries are trackable and a tracking number is issued on your dispatch email.

UK Delivery Upgrades

Upon request you can upgrade your delivery to an expedited delivery such as a 24 hour service or a guaranteed next day delivery service. Contact us if wish to take advantage of either of these services. A separate invoice will be emailed for payment before order dispatch.

All deliveries are trackable and a tracking number is issued on your dispatch email.

Non-UK Delivery

Delivery is free by Royal Mail International Standard service. This is not a tracked service – no tracking is provided. This service aims to deliver orders to Europe in 3-5 days and countries outside of Europe in 5-7 days.

A tracked delivery service may chosen on the the basket or checkout pages. Charges vary depending on destination.

Expedited delivery services are available upon request. Contact us if you wish to enquire about  these. A separate invoice will be emailed for payment before order dispatch.

Sale Items

Sale items do not qualify for free delivery and a delivery charge will be included in the order process.
