The story behind the piece
A piece of Scottish character, made to be worn well and kept for years.
Harebell is named after the small blue-violet wildflower of Scottish hillsides and verges. The throw sets olive and moss green against fine lines of lilac and cream, a muted, outdoorsy palette that looks at home in a cottage, a boot room or a garden room.
Inver is woven in Scotland by The Isle Mill from a recycled wool-rich yarn: 91% wool, at least 51% of which is recycled, so fibre that already exists gets a second life. Recycled yarn has a slightly mottled, heathered look, and on a plaid it blurs the lines so the colours blend rather than clash. This recycled wool throw is hard-wearing enough for everyday use and measures 140 × 180cm, including 10cm purled fringes. Not sure it will suit your room? Give us a call and we'll describe the colour for you.
